If there is a remaining balance on the card after 16 months -- or after 16 months of non-use in New Brunswick -- a $2.50 monthly account maintenance fee, plus any applicable taxes, will be assessed. 24 hours a day and at all Cadillac Fairview shopping centre Guest Services during centre hours. When you use your shop! card, the authorization code at the bottom of your receipt represents your remaining balance so you can write your current balance in the space provided on the back of the card.
- Lost or Stolen Card.
Keep your receipt in case the shop! card is lost or stolen. The remaining balance is locked and transferred onto a new card. No one can use the old card, so you’re fully protected.(A $1.50 up front purchasing fee will be charged for the new card.)

Enjoy the rewards of bulk purchasing. The more Cadillac Fairview shop! card gift cards you order, the lower the per card purchasing fee. Plus, all card purchasing fees are waived for one time orders over $1000 or of more then 100 cards.
